Application
Pentaerythritol (Penta) is mainly used for industrial coatings production of raw materials, also varnish, paint, printing ink needed for the production of rosin resin raw materials. Its main application is as follows:
Pentaerythritol (Penta) is a key raw material in the production of alkyds, including high-solids and waterborne, for many types of paint.
Pentaerythritol (Penta) contributes to good hardness and drying. It is also used in a number of esters, such as in rosin esters for adhesives and painting inks, fatty acid esters for synthetic lubricants, and acrylic acid esters for radiation curing.
Pentaerythritol (Penta) is used in phenolic antioxidants for polyolefines.
The micronized form Pentaerythritol (Penta) is used in fire-retardant systems and PVC stabilizers.
Package and Storage
Packaged in 25kg PP woven bags with P.E liner inside or jumbo bags according to customer's requirement. Avoid breathing dust. Wear respirator when airborne dust is present. Harmful by Inhalation. Danger of serious damage to health by prolonged exposure.
