Pre-gelatinization Starch FLO is drilling-grade pre-gelatinized starch with enviromental friend biocide. It meets API standard and is free flowing powder without lumps.
Description
As a kind of modified filtration control agent, Pre-gelatinization Starch FLO not only has a good thermal stability, resists salt and calcium, but also increase viscosity slightly. It’s non-toxic and does not harm environment. Therefore, it is a good FL control agent in various water-base drilling and completion fluids.

Application:
The product belongs to water-based drilling fluid additive range, applicable to non-reservoir interval.
Key Feature:
Reduce filtration loss effectively with low dosage.
Increase viscosity slightly.
Resist salt, calcium and magnesium, so it can be applied in various drilling and completion fluids.
Resists temperature up to 120℃.
Compatible with other chemicals.
Non-toxic and does not harm the environment.
Usage:
It can be directly added in drilling fluid at a relatively slow speed. It can also be used to prepare compound solution with other additives for mud treatment or performance maintenance. The common dosage is 1%~3%.
Package and Storage
They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.
Safety
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with water. Handling methods and dangerous data shall be referred to MSDS.
